Quote of the Week (25th June)

Chinese proverbs are known for their wisdom, wit, and inspiration. That’s why every Monday I’m going to post one of my favourite Chinese proverbs to help get you through the week, starting with this one:

“Better to light a candle than to curse the darkness”

Now before you get on with the rest of your day, take a moment to reflect on these words. What do they mean to you? Are you sometimes guilty of “cursing the darkness”? What’s your biggest complaint at the moment, and how are you dealing with it? What can you do differently to find a solution?

Please feel free to share your responses to this quotation in the comments section below!
